When the land is sold and distributed in accordance with Section 21 of the Act, the person who gets the land shall pay the amount of the purchase price determined in accordance with Rule 21 to the District Land Reforms Officer or to the station or officer designated by him for that purpose in one lump sum or at most 10 annual installments.
(2) The amount of such installment should be paid by the mountainous region including Kathmandu Valley by the middle of January every year and by the Terai and Inner Madhesh by the middle of Falgun every year.
(3) The amount paid in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be deposited in the bank by the office or officer to whom it is paid.
